Parking in Paris
The apartment has no parking space. In central Paris, private parking inside a building is extremely rare, it is simply how these historic neighbourhoods were built, and the Marais is no exception.
Should you drive in Paris?
My honest advice, avoid it if you can. Traffic is heavy, streets are narrow and one-way, and finding a spot is a real challenge. At the two Interparking car parks below, standard 24-hour rates are €49 and €54.50. Pcard discounts and multi-day packages have separate conditions.
One of the best things about this apartment is its location. You can walk to so many places, and with five metro lines about 5 minutes away you reach almost anywhere in Paris in under 20 minutes. A metro ride costs about €2.55.
Coming by car anyway? Park it on the first day and forget about it. The metro, Vélib’ bikes and Uber or Bolt are the easiest way to explore.

Street parking
Street parking is paid Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 8 pm. It is free from 8 pm to 9 am, on Sundays and on public holidays. Visitors can stay up to 6 hours in a row on the same spot. Spots are rare, so plan some time to circle around.
Prices change often, check the car park websites before you come.
